We are an eco and ethical Vegan Street food and authentic food catering company. We cater at private events, weddings, markets and festivals. We have catered at local pop up venues such as Roots coffee community in Gloucester, The Prince Albert in Stroud and the Kings Square market in Gloucester. We have catered at prestigious festivals such as The November meeting in Cheltenham and The House of Veg at Pennywell project in Bristol.
Our background is in Project Management. I know this is different to Vegan catering, but so much fun running your own business and being creative in the world of vegan cooking. My recipe come from the my roots in Mombasa, Kenya where I was exposed to amazing street food, such as babu kachri bateta in Old town, Mombasa and spiced cassava crisps, roasted sweet potato from lighthouse in Mombasa, Kenya. Amazing treat after school or over the weekend.
Our authentic food influence comes from my mum, Bharti, my sister Rakhsha and Mita. My sister-in-law Alpa and Reena. Between them they have over 142 years of experience.
